Plant for sale

After a minus 4 frost yesterday morning it was odd to wake up to a damp one today! What weird weather we have!

I took Mrs M to Dunollie this morning where she's involved with Christmassy stuff. On the way back I called in to Pets at Home to buy fat balls for the birds and had a look round Homebase where I bought this lovely indoor fern - a variety of Pteris cretica, but of course the label just says 'Fern mix'. Why should the purchasing public have any interest in what fern it is? Would you buy a car which was simply advertised as 'Car for sale'? 

Have developed a disgusting cold, so spent a while sorting out photo judges' queries and competition problems, and other indoor things. Dark and wet!
