Dinner Date

Invitation Read:

Dinner 7.45 pm, bring your appetite and a half decent liver !

A lovely dinner with Carly and Clint.

Appetisers: Nachos with Clint's homemade Guacamole

Starter: Roasted Goat's cheese on caramelised onions and thyme

Main: Beef Goulash with chorizo (made 3 days previous!) and wild rice

Pudd: Baked Orange Custard, with Orange Blossom Honey.

Drinks: Champers, beer and an ocean of red wine.
