Racing with Jocelyn

This is the only photo that I took today. I was returning home through the glen in the late afternoon and I knew that this would be my last chance for an outdoor shot as the light was fading fast. I was supposed to have two meetings in Salen but one had to be postponed as the ferry bringing the person leading the first meeting was cancelled due to the weather.
Earlier in the day, despite the weather, it was a jolly social gathering at the community cafe-library in the village hall. This is run by volunteers and is very popular with good coffee and home baking, never mind the books!
