No 1 had a day off school to write up her DoE Expedition and lie about in a One-sie all day! No 2 isn't well, nasty cough and a sore throat. I hope she perks up soon!

Busy day - packing for a wee sweaty holiday ! Looking forward to some foreign blips for the next few weeks.

But first - the nasty work. All that packing and checking and packing. It was SO much easier when I was 12 and my mum and dad did it for me!

No 1 eventually got dressed and makeup artfully applied to travel to Trinity to return her equipment. I made a wee trip to Granton to see what I could blip.

This old dredger doesn't look too seaworthy. But it had loads of character. I found some old photographs of it in it's hay-day here

It's a few years younger than me ! I hope when I'm passed my seaworthy stage my kids post a nice blip of me in my Prime ! Dancing to Karma Chameleon in my Princess Di frilly blouse!
