Cloud watching
I somehow missed posting Sunday's photos. After lunch, a bit of sun and some dramatic clouds encouraged J and I outside. We belatedly planted some bulbs in pots - they seemed sound, so we'll probably have miniature daffodils in June! - and watched the movement of the ever-changing clouds, which gradually turned pink (in the extra) as sunset approached. To us, they appear to be above the downs, but they will in fact be tracking along the Channel coast, moving steadily eastwards. The huge old cherry plum in the orchard is looking gorgeous - I'm waiting for a less windy day to photograph the delicate little blossoms.
