Breakfast And Boxes!

That was the order of the day for the 55+ group this morning.  We got together over a hearty breakfast that included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, gravy and a mixed fruit bowl.  Of course, we had juice and coffee to go with it.  All this was expertly prepared for us by Daniel and his outstanding crew of volunteers, so we didn't even have to bring anything.  After the marvelous meal, we packed 200 shoe-boxes for Operation Christmas Child.  I know it is only March, but I like to acquire things for the shoe-boxes all year long and I have never been one to do things at the last minute.  It might not sound like much, but this is just the start for our church's OCC campaign......
