Easily entertained

A more restful night, but still tired. 

R is away all day working, so I went round to see to the animals at lunchtime. Hobbs (the big boy) is always ready to be fed, but tiny Calvin is usually more interested in sleeping. Not today, he was quickly into the utility room and scoffing away.

It was a very wet morning, but by lunchtime it was dry and windy. The post lunch entertainment was watching leaves being blown on the patio and smacking the patio door to try to catch it. A bit of mental stimulation and exercise (for the cats, not me!! )

We all went back after 4pm to collect Olive to go for a walk from their side. It was a busy time for dog walking and several people recognised Olive and stopped to speak.  We have found the people here are very friendly and chatty.

It was interesting to see how the buildings are progressing, from the other side of the fence. We cannot see anything from our road. I need to compare todays pics with earlier ones. On the way back we passed a garden with an interesting little sign, made me laugh. It’s in extras :0))))
