Did some gardening in the morning before the wind and rain started. Came indoors and emptied lots of items from the understairs cupboard ready for the electrician who arrived at about 12 noon. He fitted new hall(blipped) and landing lights, a double socket in the hall snd changed two outside lights for ones with motion sensors . JR arrived and we went out for a late lunch snd left the electrician in. Once they’d both left I put everything back. Need d a sit down and a cup of tea after that!
