Saturday: #30DaysWild - Raining Pouring …

… which the Jones Kids used to say often when they were toddlers then make a fuss because they couldn’t go outside to play, happy days :-))

It rained all day but I wasn’t too bothered, I had lots of little gardening jobs to do. A few days ago I spotted a smaller version of the greenhouse staging I had many years ago. MrD put it together for me and added a few modifications of his own to add stability and strength. Today I started adding trays of seedlings, no need to water them - the rain did that job for me! :-))

Inspected my wild orchid patch https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3252367511433251117/gallery/3252368776984789406 - another plant has appeared, with 2 flower spikes making 5 orchid stems so far …!

MrD and I watched “The Battle of the River Plate” as we ate our (late) lunch - very enjoyable, lunch and the film :-)

We watched some football, I wasn’t that interested - MrD has found a film he wants to watch and I’ll join him after I’ve finished this …
