Blackadder rehearsal over ran tonight, which meant I rode home from Lancaster in the dark. And there were a lot of flying critters around, most of which seem to have ended up all over my visor! They were obviously hitting the headlight as well because it was getting dimmer as the journey went on. All of which meant that the last mile home was ridden more from memory than anything else!
A quiet day otherwise. A gym session this morning and a trip into town for a coffee and a bit of shopping this afternoon. The rehearsal was pretty good from the point of view of sorting a few technical issues, though fairly “bitty” in terms of running scenes, as quite a few people were missing due to holidays or illness.
But we’re doing the same tomorrow night, hopefully with more people turning up. So I’d better go and clean that helmet as the forecast is for another dry day, which means I can take the bike again. I’ll just hope we finish whilst it’s still daylight…
