Butterflies

I went to see one of my daylily friends today to pick up some daylilies that he is selling. They are large clumps so I can divide them into pieces and use them in various gardens that I will be planting over the next couple of months.
Someone else was there to pick up some plants too, so while I was waiting I went chasing butterflies around the garden. The monarch was very skittish, and if I tried to move to get a better shot, she would fly away. The ones in the extras were much more cooperative.
I stopped at a couple of farm markets to get some fruit and veggies for the coming week. I'm not sure why I bought as much as I did. Brunch tomorrow and I don't eat much for supper after having brunch. There is another potluck picnic planned for Monday, so that leaves only 3 days in the next week for me to make my own supper. Friday evening is my free time, and I usually go somewhere to get a burger and a milkshake.
