The first Cosmos flower

My Cosmos plants have not grown as well as last year. This is the first flower of a plant I grew from seed I collected last year…I really like the striped pink flower and hope there will be many more. This one is at home but I have also planted some at my allotment too. Last year they grew to about six foot.

After Pilates …it was great to sit outside by the river for our coffees this morning,  I finished sorting our pots in the garden before it got too warm.

This afternoon I did ironing and other jobs while watching some of the an Olympics . Good that we have now won lots more medals.
