The Blue Clipper

Rain and mist cloaked the coast for most of today.  This graceful ship actually passed through Glenarm yesterday, anchoring outside the harbour for a while. So today's image is a composite, blending the Blue Clipper shot with today's photo of the misty coastline.
It's been a relief to see all the reports of large, peaceful anti-racist gatherings. Belfast, however, is still unsettled. These riots have seen the otherwise unprecedented spectacle of unionist flags and republican tricolours alongside each other in the violent anti-immigrant crowds. Irony upon irony.
