The last piece
I completed it - it’s been a challenge and I was ready to give up on several occasions, but . . . I finally put in the last piece.
Now I have found that doing jigsaws helps to develop neuroplasticity, I am happy spending time puzzling. Not that I spend that much time - a few minutes here and there, but the satisfaction when a piece fits is quite something, especially when the pieces are as strange as these.
Meanwhile (extra) only my daughter could walk for 12 miles in pouring rain and then spend the rest of the day looking round Jane Austen’s house in Chawton - actually staying the night across the road from the house.
