Where Waves Crash

Wet shoes from a rising tide whilst trying to photograph washed up kelp along the tide line. The interesting bits were just where the waves crash and caught me out a few times as I was concentrating.

Further along the shore, waves rushed up a gully and spilled over brighter coloured stone trapped in predominantly grey sedimentary rock. I like the shapes and slightly abstracted result in this image, full of flow and movement.
