In all the years I’ve lived here there’s somewhere nearby I’ve never been . . . Buckstones Jump.  It’s a waterfall and pool on Rydal Beck, upstream from Rydal Hall.  Suggested by Jane’s friend who joined us for the walk (and swim for them).
