Diary of an Edinburgher

By LadyMarchmont

Today I went down the road to my NHS physio appointment. Lots of exercises to do, using a big rubber band (JR has a selection of them). But I do feel it’s getting ever so slightly better - I haven’t had the awful deep pain for a while, just the nagging one.

On the way back I popped in for a coffee and texted JR to come and join me with Archie, which they did. I also spotted some unusual squashed croissants, which were filled with custard, yum yum'  (Extra specially for TML).

JR went into town, and Arch and I had a walk. These were outside the charity shop - we were tempted! A good little game for the back garden, we thought.

In the afternoon I took a sudden notion to give Archie that long overdue haircut. It’s a big job, and I have to work up to it, which I have been. He’s so good, just stands there, sighing.

Off on a jaunt tomorrow!
