So I was a huffing and a puffing on many of the uphill parts and the downhill was a bit treacherous. I try to pick flatter trails with little elevation and prevent falls if I can. I have had more than my share of falls in the past that contributed to my wonkiness today. But despite it all the fall scenery was uplifting and cleansing spiritually. . The main picture is a waterfall be the dam that was at one end of Round lake. I also put a couple images in the extra grin the hike .
Thank you all for the many uplifting comments from these past few days as they are much much appreciated . After our hike we picked up M and Z and took them to a very close park to shoot off a tiny rocket with a tiny parachute. Fun way to end the day .
