The Chase is On

We spent the morning getting ready to go to Parker’s tournament. I made us a picnic since we’d be there for five hours. They played in the next county but teams came from several states. It was chilly but bearable during games one and two. We won one and lost one. We are in second place, playing the first place team at the moment. We are currently tied 3-3, going into overtime. If we win, we will have to play again. Parker has had fun and played well. We always enjoy watching our grands do what they love. His team plays hard but displays good sportsmanship. Now that the sun is down, we are cold, very cold. Jamie stayed home to rest up for next weekend. Games are in Pennsylvania next Sunday. The weekend turned out to be much better than we anticipated.
