Morning & Afternoon

We had a wonderful sunrise this morning, but the clouds providing much of the reflected redness quickly absorbed the rising sun, and the rest of the day was very grey.
Not only was it a grey day but a bit later rain started to fall, though the temperature was -3°C. Every drop of rain that landed turned to ice, which makes for a very slippery world. We had to drive to the shop for a few things.  We took it very easy and the road was well gritted so it all went well. It was only when we got home and put the radio on that we heard the whole of middle Sweden was getting this unexpected weather and in many places no busses were running and people were advised to stay home. There were a lot of accidents on the roads but fortunately they all seemed to have been fairly minor.
When we were out I decided I'd bake some bread and Jan suggested pizza. It was good to be doing something positive and the pizza turned out well and I had enough dough over to make 8 crisp white rolls.
Fired up by my success with the baking I decided to consolidate my recently gained knowledge and create another montage in the Apple Mac. So today's blip is the sunrise, and the late afternoon, from earlier today!
