A cup of Rosie at Rose's

Well, actually I had a cup of black coffee rather than a cup of Rosie Lee, tea. But I had never visited Rose's Tea Room before. It's at the back of a garden centre in Jacob's Well on the way to Guildford. I looked in as I had some time to kill before I was due to pick up my daughter,  who had been attending a first aid course all day. I also indulged in a fruit scone, which went down well with the coffee. The chap serving was very attentive and the lunch  menu looked very enticing but, mid-afternoon, i was the only customer, albeit someone else came in just before I left. Happily, notwithstanding the notice above the bike, no children were tied up outside!
