Loch Goil- remote hidden Scottish gem

This afternoon I met up with a friend for coffee who had just returned from a weekend on the edge of Loch Goil, a remote deep-sea loch on the West Coast of Scotland. Her daughter, Pamela, a skilled scuba diver, does underwater photography.
So I am grateful to her for sharing her images (see extra) from her dive. By the way her dive partner is an 80-year-old man and he is off to the Red Sea shortly to celebrate his birthday.
This goes to show you are never too old to do stuff– even scuba diving at 80 years of age in a remote Scottish loch in winter.
