Resting …

Thanks so much for your sympathy and good wishes. I’m pleased to report that whilst the pain has certainly not gone, thankfully it’s more under control and I have a better night’s sleep. We’re working on the assumption that we will go to Madeira - unless things deteriorate.  

I do very little during the course of the day, trying to avoid aggravating things. This leaves poor G painting the conservatory walls on his own; the house is still a total tip after the damp-proofing/ re-plastering job, and we’re trying to have at least one room other than the kitchen where we can sit down. 



As far as photography is concerned, I decide to try Average Camera Pro on my beautiful mauve tulips - not birthday flowers, but a bargain purchase from Lidl earlier in the week.
