Burnside Farms

A friend of mine had an extra ticket to a tulip and daffodil farm and, having no work, I got to take off in the middle of the day and drive all the way to another state and go. I think today was peak day for the tulips, rows and rows of tulips, 75 color pallets. 

It was chilly but sunny, the second and last sunny day of the week, so a wonderful day to be walking around outside.

Ukraine has unveiled a new drone designed to destroy the Iranian Shahed loitering munitions. A military news outlet says the intercept drone has successfully shot down over 20 Shahed loitering munitions in the past two months. What are loitering munitions? They are suicide drones or kamikaze drones, autonomous missiles that can stay airborne, identify a target, and then crash into it. They let you destroy high value targets that hide and emerge and hide and emerge, without having expensive equipment just hanging around for a chance. They sound scary. At least they are safer than land mines.
