Curly Wurly

Meet Curly, our wee three-quarter Hereford, one-quarter Jersey heifer calf, born a couple of days ago. She came into the shed this morning, after being born in the very wet weather. She's a tough wee dude - I love her lovely curly hair on the top of her head.

For those interested, I received another e-mail from PPG Wrightson's today, saying that my two photo's had unfortunately not been chosen to go onto the final step of the competition. I'm a bit disappointed, but still pretty chuffed that I managed get through the first two judging phases.
