No, not a calf, but new life of a daffodil about to burst open.

Since 2.30pm, the lower North Island and upper South Island have been having some serious earthquakes, most of which we have felt. In the last three hours, there have been 13 earthquakes that have registered 5 and above on the Richter scale. And there have been many, many more below 5. All of these quakes have been rather shallow - anywhere from 5 km deep. My thoughts are with all our blip friends in Blenheim and Wellington. Stay safe.xx
