Better news

Those of you who follow my journal regularly will have gathered it has been a rough time recently.

Good news has been in short supply, to say the least.

Good news has started to flow again.

People have shown overwhelming kindness. Our family is blessed to have so many kind people demonstrating emotional and practical kindness.

My blip is Adam's exam results.
This could not be better news.

We are unbelievably proud of him, not only for his achievement but his action this morning.

We were going shopping as a family but on hearing of a friends AS results he went to them instead to provide his own emotional and practical kindness.

It is a comfort to know the original source of his kindness.
