Took a wee woodland dander to the nearest village today, keeping out of the midday sun as much as possible.

The boys are picking up on the differences between home and here. It's quieter (fewer cars), there are more bikes, it's flat, the trees are different....and it's boiling hot!

We picked up a book for the littlest at this roadside honesty box book sale. We all reckoned he would have the best chance of us all of picking up Dutch!

Back home to the campsite for more ice creams and river swimming.
