Orange Pom Pom Dahlia

I had not planned to go anywhere today, but my daughter wanted me to go with her to spend her birthday money; she wanted a new larger fish tank. So today we have been to Colchester to Seapets to collect it. Her husband is now putting the cabinet together instead of mowing the lawn!

Today;s picture is of another Dahlia which has survived the deer, it is an orange pom pom variety and seen here with another bud waiting to open.


Edit - I was told this morning that Oliver did not get eleven GCSEs, but actually got twelve out of thirteen, the boy did even better. His books have been purchased in readiness for the start of the new term, almost £150 spent already.
