Banana-na-na-na

No, I don't know why either! Though I do now have the fruit salad song in my head...

A bright, fresh September morning was much appreciated today as I went on my first run of week 2 of the C25K programme :) I have sussed out a good route and the increase in running times didn't floor me as I thought they might...dare I say I think I'm going to really enjoy this?

Showered, red face calmed, breakfast eaten, sandwiches made and it was time to head for work. It felt like quite a long afternoon for some reason but not too bad all in all.

Some of the other members of staff were talking about Educating Yorkshire and I'd be lying if I said I didn't watch some of it this evening. Interesting and somewhat amusing, in a despairing sort of way!
