Indoor entertainment

Spent most of the day at the Madjeski Stadium with a lot of other NHS people from across the South of England, looking at Emergency Planning and how to get the NHS through the forthcoming winter. . . Useful and met up with a lot of old friends. Took a walk around the outside of the stadium over lunch, it's modern and a bit soulless but fresh air at lunchtime is essential to my functioning these days. As for Reading FC itself .... well I've only ever followed two football teams and this isn't one of them ...

Cooked dinner for The Yoga Mama tonight then had a very big energy dip. Early night for me.
