Mission control
I get a message around 3pm - I'm coming home this evening, but, I'm going to bike it. No need to come and pick me up.
5:03pm - Ring Ring (no! warble warble - phones don't ring any more do they!). I've got a puncture - can you come and pick me up....?
In just a few minutes and he's taken over where I've been working all day at mission control. Yes four screens are needed. Impossible to cope with two (when one is a laptop screen). Three is just about OK - 4 is great. Would be better with my big DVI screen back Jamie - Are you listening? Mmm - Pigs might fly.
New camera arrived today. My G10 had terminal lens acne. Too much editing was required to overcome the damage to the front element. It had collected a scratch at some point. Not done bad to fours years, so it doesn't owe me anything.
Had to get a new compact. Couldn't justify the extra £200+ for the new G16 just to get wifi and a faster frame rate, not for a back-up camera.
No chance to give it any exercise today, but, the weekend beckons. It does feel good and an improvement on the G10 despite the lower pixel count. The upside is that it's so similar to the G10, that you can pick up the G15 and just use it straight from the box.
