Ready for the rush.

The runners have safely left the start of our Club race, The Green Drive 5 mile road race.

One less-than-bright spark asked me how far it was......

Another couldn't hear my announcement to turn down or remove earphones (in order to hear traffic and marshal instructions) because their music was too loud!!

There was a great turnout and the day was added to by our first junior race over a 1 mile distance.

Here the timekeepers and finish marshals are taking a short breather before the athletes return.

Having returned home from helping out I've finally made some time to have a look through your wonderful blips.
