Moments

A former student and one of our Russian guests, Marina - the student visited Omsk two years ago and didn't see Marina last year, before she left school. Tonight, when they met up, they really did run into each other's arms and hug each other for such a long time.

No words needed to be spoken and it was just such a wonderful thing to see that the connections that our two communities have made transcend words - everything you need to know about the value of what we do was in the genuine emotion of that hug.

Two more days and although we are all so very very tired, it is going to be an awfully difficult parting this year when we say goodbye. I fear I will be more than a little bit tearful.
