From Sutton Street, Bearsted

A grey morning that changed to lovely sunshine just as we went out for our walk. The skies cleared and the sun lit up the last of the autumn leaves still on the tree even now it is December.

Called in at the allotment to look at the slabs we laid yesterday for the bases of the next lot of sheds to be erected. Only another 6 to do.

Then home to get dinner ready. A large brisket of beef has been in the slow cooker since 8.00am this morning so I'm hoping it'll be cooked through.

Susan busy organising Christmas gifts so she's busy on the computer upstairs. Time for a short snooze downstairs I think.
