Final touches to the lantern

L has had a great afternoon. On top form. I love afternoons with her when she's like this. I took her to get her hair cut, her first in nearly 2 years and she sat there, so relaxed she started falling asleep. Eyes rollings, head nodding. I think I like the change, it needed doing, but she does look a lot older :-S

After school the girls painted their Woodcraft Folk lantern for the parade tomorrow. Then after E's football we all had some porridge and a late bedtime. I do like Fridays :)
