Relentless

This is the Eden Brook which flows into the River Eden and then into the Medway. I have taken this picture from the bridge on the main road, generally you can't see any water flowing, today it is a different story and we are now back on theEnvironment Agency Flood Alert. Some friends of ours live very close to this brook and found water coming in through the air vents and up through the floor boards over Christmas. We live a little further away but the ground is totally saturated and we really need this relentless rain to stop.
