January's Moon

The moon came over the hill behind this little house just after dark this evening. I believe it's two nights till full.

When I was a little girl I didn't like looking at the moon. I was afraid of it. I can vividly remember taking a bubble bath in the big old tub with my sister and she noticed that we could see the moon through the window above the tub. I didn't like that.

Well, I think I'm over those emotions, but getting a good photo of the moon is nearly impossible. I think my iPhone camera did a fairly decent job tonight.
