So many questions about the world

About how he should react to giving Bailee a turn at shoulder rides with daddy. Bailee did accidentally run over his foot with her scooter. She did apologise and was genuinely upset about it. Oscar was making the most of his 'sore foot' situation for extra shoulder rides. Unfortunately, I couldn't give either of them one as I had Maple to push and a huge lens and flash to carefully carry.... In the end they were both quite upset about sharing as they had made up their minds they wanted to be the 'sole rider'. It's not often Oscar is like this with Bailee, he must have felt really upset.

We went to the Mall of Emirates in the morning to get a present for Harry's birthday tomorrow. We are looking forward to the party and meeting his new baby brother and seeing Scarlett again. We spent quite a bit of time in Borders Bookstore (No guessing Harry!) Oscar and Bailee have been asking A LOT of questions lately about the body (I was going to say human but it is about cats a lot of the time too)..... We decided to treat them to a fantastic 'Big and Busy Body Book'. It has lift the flaps so you can see a skeleton under skin, nervous system, organs etc etc. So we have spent all evening answering Oscar's questions including, but not limited to:

Why do we have a back bone?
Do cats have skeletons?
Do teddy bears have skeletons?
What is inside bones?
Why do we have blood?
What colour is your brain? Why?
How many bones do we have?
What are the purple ones (Referring to the nervous system illustrated in book)
Does our tongue have a bone?
What is a muscle?
Why do we have an elbow?
How did the skin grow back on my toe?
Is there food in my arm?

Oh and on a side note we all had Burger Fuel for lunch today. Yum.
