Armchair Blipping

Haven't moved far from my armchair today.......My right leg has decided to hurt....a lot.

I'm in too much pain to comment but if you see some extra stars you will know that I have been by to visit.

A dear friend is hurting too .....but in his heart...I chose this one for him.
