Bad apples

Took today's blip pic at the Sealife Centre. We visited with Audrey this morning. She loved running through the place and exploring all the tunnels, oh and the soft play area. She wasn't so bothered about the sealife which was a shame as it wasn't cheap!

Then had a lovely lunch at Yo Sushi followed by Krispy Kreme donuts and coffees at Starbucks (oink).

Was dreading this afternoon as Angus had to work and I had invited the cleaners round (to sack them for stealing booze). My heart was literally pounding when they knocked at the door. In the end I didn't need to accuse them as their faces said it all.
They said they were sorry and "speechless" and left. The end of a five year relationship. So sad :(

Audrey just looked so cute and innocent after they'd left as she had no idea what the conversation had been about. The world is a funny place, she'll find that out one day.

It was eventful teatime as Audrey had her first major choking incident. A bit of apple got stuck and the look of terror on her face as she choked was awful. I have to confess to hitting her back quite hard to dislodge it and am not sure if her tears were more from that than the choking in the end.

To distract her, we kicked the offending apple around the kitchen calling it "bad apple". Quite fitting really after this afternoon's events!
