Uhoh, here we go again....

Got a call this afternoon to go see a house.....can only end badly.

So we did take a look in part to help the realtor put a price on the property. Looking at it - not much.

We can see potential, nothing that scared us, but recent excriment on the walls.

Apparently the owner sees this house as a worsening headache and needs it gone. Considering someone maybe squatting in it occasionally, yeah, that's a headache alright.
