One long (and long overdue!) and lovely phone call with Fiona. So, so good to update each other on lifeand to make plans for upcoming visits and hopefully some London fun.

Can't remember much else of the day, but a cool evening run and time spent catching up with a dear friend certainly meant it ended well. :)
