Messy

A trip to the doctors this morning; one tablet reduced, one tablet doubled, two tablets removed. The rest stay the same. We'll see the differences these make.

Messy, a bit like my head, crying one minute, fine the next. Anxiety not as high as yesterday.

Went for breakfast to The Haven after the doctors but I didn't stay long. The place was really busy and noisy I didn't feel at all comfortable and felt the anxiety build. Back via the harbour for this shot and some calming scenes.

Spent the rest of the day on the sofa , drifting in and out of sleep.
