Peaceful primulas

After a wild and stormy night, these little primulas, wet and windswept, nestle under the apple tree.

There's no further damage in my garden (as far as I can find). The winds roared all night. When I went out to play Bridge last night, there was water all over the roads and I was a little concerned about getting home. (I played dreadfully and we were bottom ! ) Mid evening there was peace and the flooded bits subsided, but then the gales began again........

I've been very lucky.
Some friends have had further damage.

We should never have talked about "global warming" - "climate change" was always the better description.
