The Skies Have It

It's the sky I like in this shot. There were a few people enjoying the view over the Glasshouse Mountains and to the Coral Sea beyond (though some folk were more interested in each other). That busy sky eventually formed into rain clouds which this evening are emptying noisily onto the roof.

The cyclone vented its fury on the north-east coast of Queenslnd. Thankfully there are no reports of lives lost. Now the clean up begins as people survey the damage and authorities repair power lines and infrarstructure.
