Rain stopped play

Wet day forecasted - and we weren't disappointed.

Despite a wee half day for me (Mr S was at a family funeral in Helensburgh), literally 'plunging' back into winter is very disheartening. In fact - it makes me want to curl up under the Disney Princess blanket and sleep !

Gymnastics for No 3 (who is now missing her two front teef!), at our local Tennis Club and I thought I would take a blip of No 1 court.

Hard to believe in the 1980s this court hosted a tennis tournament which attracted Connors, McEnroe and Navratilova ('PROPER' tennis stars!).

Thankfully it now has state-of-the- art indoor courts too.
