Bank Holiday Lazing and Grazing
Such a lazy morning, we all stayed in PJs until midday. Slobbing around eating bacon sarnies and watching the Pixar film, Cars. As such, Audrey had no park run out or fresh air. So she decided not to nap at lunch. We had also trailered the fact that we were going to see the Gagas after her nap and I'm not sure she could sleep for excitement.
Luckily she slept in the car on the way there. We had such a wonderful afternoon as Laura and Nay and their little boy Sam joined us for a tour of the farm, the lambs, tractor and trampoline. Audrey seemed to enjoy having Sam there and they played well together.
After some cuppas and Mum's delicious homemade biscuits, we hit the road.
On the way home we drove in convey to the Trafford Centre, or The Orient more specifically for a dim sum tea. Audrey was shattered but really well behaved, enjoying the spectacle of the busy restaurant, chomping on prawn crackers and crispy duck.
I had a 'hair of the dog' beer which has just about finished me off. Bed soon.
Brilliant bank holiday weekend though - Angus has been off and I've seen lots of family and friends. Perfect!
