Time for another quickie...

Hmmmm... A not entirely successful day but there will be another dawn tomorrow I hope. I can try again in the morning.

I must start shutting my computer down at midday in future and go out for a long walk for an hour and a half to break my day. I've got into bad habits and am looking like a creature from a horror film. It's got to a stage where I don't want to leave the house anymore. I want to stay here where it's safe. That's not living, is it?
