Large Red Damselflies in Tandem

We had a super day at RHS Rosemoor Gardens celebrating my birthday. The weather was perfect and had brought out many insects among them this courting pair of Large Red Damselflies. I took so many photos I’m really spoilt for choice. Some super blooms were out I especially like the iris’s and the brilliant purple globes of the alliums.
